Emre Schveighoffer, President
Emre holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Emre began his career in energy conservation in 1982, performing sales and marketing functions for Maximum Technology, Parke Industries, AWI and Introtech Energy. In 1991, he founded and started NRM along with his wife Janelle.
Emre’s primary focus is on new business development and the origination and creation of new products, technologies and product features.
Emre resides with his wife Janelle in Medfield, Massachusetts. He has two grown sons.

Jim Staley, COO
Jim Staley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BSBA) from Bucknell University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He has worked as a consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and a business analyst for PWC (Price Waterhouse Coopers).
Jim has been with NRM since 2001. His responsibilities include oversight of NRM’s finance, marketing, sales and operations.
Jim and his wife Robin have two kids, Emma and Nicholas, who keep their lives fun, interesting, happy, and always changing. They reside in Needham, Massachusetts.

Bernhard Berner, Chief Engineer
Bern holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to joining NRM in 1994 as its first full time employee, Bern worked as a Project Engineer at Kenetech Energy Management.
Bern is responsible for all product design and development. He has extensive training in computer programming, electronic process controls, analysis and embedded systems.
Bern resides in Needham, Massachusetts, with his wife Kathleen and two children, Daniella and Thomas.
