As part of your Remote Site Manager (RSM) product purchase, you can choose from two different levels of monitoring service:

Silver Level
After the initial install, our expert technicians will ‘re-commission’ your site by monitoring it for a one- to four-week time period. Recommendations include:

Proper temperature set points for maximum energy efficiency
Energy efficient defrost intervals
Equipment maintenance needs
Business process changes such as scheduled temperature setbacks and equipment function settings
Proper alarm configurations and settings
Following the ‘re-commission’, NRM will train you to use your site to effectively manage your equipment and operations and save you money! On an ongoing basis, NRM will host and maintain all customer data and server software (including upgrades) at our secure site, freeing you from owning and maintaining expensive IT infrastructure. In addition, we will notify you if your site is experiencing communications problems.

Gold Level [Coming Soon]
If you choose to upgrade your service to the Gold Level, you will receive all the features of the Silver Level, plus:

Expert analysis of your site and RSM generated alarms on a monthly basis with a report that summarizes our findings with graphs, call-outs and recommendations
Phone support, during regular business hours, for you or your service technician on all of your refrigeration, HVAC or lighting equipment controlled by RSM
Review of alarm configurations and, if needed, recommend adjustments
