CoolTrol^® Alarm Diagnosis

Failed Sensor

Any message on CoolTrol that reads “Sensor Is Not Working” or “Sensor Is Shorted Out” means that the sensor has failed. CoolTrol will automatically remove control of the Cooler/Freezer and run in a bypassed situation.

1) Call NRM to replace sensor.
2) Put CoolTrol into Bypass.
